New mattress effect
Your body takes some time (can take up to 15 days) to adjust to the new mattress especially when you go from very soft to firm or hard to softer mattress. Do not be alarm if you experience some discomfort and allow some time for your body to adjust for the better.
This warranty does not cover
Mattress fabric i.e. stains, burns ,pilling, or loose covers
Normal body indentations less than 30 mm.
Seams, border wires
Zippers
Changes in colors of the material.
Issues relating to comfort preference such as the mattress being too firm or too soft. These are not qualified as a manufacturing fault. Adjusting the comfort to fit personal choice is subjected to an extra charge.

Top Layer : Aero-Elastic™ Foam. open-cell foam that ventilates. Resilient, Non-sticky foam that supports and conforms to your body’s profile, hugs all the curves and soothes the pressure pain in the boney areas.
Mid Layer : Firm but flexible Talalay® latex balances with the softness of aero-elastic Nooma foam at the top. Talalay latex regulates spine alignment, supporting the whole body without yielding too much to the heavier parts such as torso, hip and buttock. This mid layer plays crucial part in enabling good spine alignment.
Base Layer : 15 cm of High density non-memory foam.
Inner cover : 4-way stretch fabric for flexibility that hugs your shape.
Outer cover : Smooth and thin Polyester-viscose blended fabric with anti-piling finish.
Adhesive used between layer : water-based natural latex glue.
All covers are fully removable for throughly washing and cleaning.
Remove the outter cover and wash when need.

Leave the inner cover on for easier handling when putting the outter cover back on.
