Simple stretches to do at your desk at work or at home.

Desk-stretches

Working long hour at your desk is the cause of muscle stiffness. These simple stretches are designed to be easy and quick so that you take a few minutes off and do it frequently at your desk to regain flexibility. Neck Stretch Hold down your shoulders, close your mouth but relax your jaws, point your chin to the ceiling. Turn your head slowly to the side until you feel the stretch Chest Stretch Clasp your hands together behind your head. Inhale deeply and hold the breath for 3 seconds and exhale. Repeat this 3 times. Back Stretch Tuck your chin. Wrap both shoulders with your arms. Inhale deeply and hold it for 3 seconds. Slowly exhale. Repeat 3 times. Chin-in Exercise Sit up straight. Pull your chin inward without moving any other parts of your neck or head. When done correctly, you will feel the stretch at the back of your neck. You can use your hand to press the chin in firmly.
